Joshua stands as the co-founder and Executive Director of Blue Vision Tanzania, with a historical background in ocean conservation. He has participated in various projects such as the National Action Plan for Sea Turtle Conservation (NAPMC) 2024. With an academic foundation in Aquatic Science and Fisheries Technology and experience in coastal community engagement, leadership, and team management, he coordinates innovative strategies to mitigate environmental threats and facilitate sustainable practices along Tanzania’s shores. Atata leads the team to meet the overall mission and vision of the organization.
