Pharles, co-founder of Blue Vision Tanzania, serves as the Executive Secretary of the organization, where his commitment to excellence shines through in every task. He is dedicated to marine conservation and sustainable fisheries, demonstrated by his professionalism in Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries from the University of Dar Es Salaam. Pharles leads initiatives aimed at protecting our oceans and fostering responsible environmental practices. As a member of the Youth Advocacy Training Program in Ocean and Climate Action, he advocates for the preservation of marine ecosystems.
