Washington, a co-founder and Program Manager of Blue Vision Tanzania, spearheads the execution of projects and programs in partnership with local and international consortia. He plans, manages, and executes conservation projects while fostering collaborations with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, he is a NEWF Fellow, an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver, a Global Youth Climate Ambassador, and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marine and Lacustrine Science and Management (Oceans and Lakes) at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where he sharpens his expertise to further contribute to the field.
